2. No Refund Policy
All payments made through ReachPup, including campaign fees, subscriptions, booking fees, and featured placements, are non-refundable. You agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of campaign performance or user engagement.

3. Cancellation and Termination
Campaigns or bookings may not be canceled once submitted unless explicitly approved by ReachPup.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or terminate any user account, campaign, or content at our discretion, with or without notice.

Violations of these Terms or evidence of fraud or abuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

4. Performance Disclaimer
ReachPup makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including impressions, likes, followers, conversions, or sales. All performance metrics shown are estimates and are not binding or guaranteed.

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReachPup, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the platform

Content you submit, post, or share

Your violation of these Terms

Your infringement of any third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReachPup or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

You affirm that you own or have full rights to all content you post or upload.

ReachPup may moderate, reject, or remove any content that violates our guidelines or is deemed offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

You remain solely responsible for any legal claims resulting from your content.
